World Wide Web enables us to communicate
with many people and places around
the globe.
The English language dominates
the Internet and
serves in many cultures as a vehicle
to overcome
regional differences (e.g. in India)
In the science
community, too, the role Latin
had as a universal
language has largely been replaced
by English.

ESL
stands for English as Second Language a field
that is becoming more and more important, also in Europe where
many different cultures are forging
closer economic links.
I (Moona Perrotin) speak:
